Molly Slann

Molly Slann joined Kubrick in 2020 in their Data Management practice, leveraging her background in Computational Chemistry. As a Kubrick consultant, Molly worked to implement a Data Governance framework from scratch across a multinational conglomerate, with a specific focus on personal data governance within HR. She became an Associate Principal in 2022 to design and deliver training which prepares Kubrick consultants to demonstrate the value of Data Governance whilst adapting to support new technology. Her areas of specialism include personal data protection regulations, operationalising data governance and stakeholder management, data and AI ethics, and governance for financial services. She also has a keen interest in keeping ahead of the changing governance landscape, hosting a mini podcast series for Kubrick on the topic of AI, Ethics and Data Governance.
