Mark has been working at Handelsbanken for 27 years and currently heads up the data team in the UK, prioritising the internal relationships and information flow between the Retail Business (branches) and the data parts of the Group, improving data quality, and increasing transparency of data which will help improve and enhance the customer relationship.
