James has lead the HSBC Asset Management Group’s global data strategy, policies, processes and organizational structure for the past 5 years. In this time the business and the capabilities required to support Asset Managers has constantly evolved and grown. As a result of this constant drive for innovation, James now also leads the Fintech partnership and Innovation function for the Asset Management business.

James believes technology & data should be brought together to create scalable and broad capabilities to drive and support the overall wider business strategy.
