Lucile Brusson

Starting as a Senior Sourcing Expert and due to her profound expertise Lucile had the opportunity to lead the Market Data Optimization Project for two years and set up the global Market Data Management team as Vice President for Uniper SE. She was responsible for the management of an international team of six experts and a portfolio of 100 global market data vendors for the whole Uniper Group. Lucile realized significant cost savings in a mid-single-digit million range and massive operational improvements as part of this project. The move to EnBW as Head of Data and Trading Systems in 2020 was another important step for Lucile’s career in the Data Management environment. Leading the IT Data Cluster, her department oversees all IT and commercial market data operations such as data provision, aggregation, visualization, quality, usage analysis, sourcing, contract negotiation and recently the Data Management. She is leading 45 Data and IT Experts with a portfolio of 80 global data vendors and 40 IT applications and also member of the Trading and IT Transformation Programme to bring the Data Management activities successful to the Trading business.
