Jen joined DWS in March 2024 to build the Chief Data Office in the COO division. Prior to this, Jen was at Deutsche Bank for 4.5 years where she led the TDI Sustainability, Culture & Talent Team and was the Chief Data Officer. Jen joined the bank in 2019 from Deloitte, where she spent two years as a Managing Director in the Risk Advisory practice, specializing in data solutions for large, multinational financial institutions. Prior to that, she spent 18 years at Citigroup in a number of leadership roles including analytics, data and technology in the Risk Management organization. Jen recently relocated to Frankfurt, with her husband and two dogs.
