Hervé G. VALENTIN  is Head of Reference Data at SWIFT,  running SWIFTRef - SWIFT’s global reference data utility since 2015. Before that, he has been involved in various roles in product strategy - in particular securities markets, business development and partnership.  Before joining SWIFT, he worked for JP Morgan and Euroclear Bank managing the network of custodians banks and CSDs. Hervé holds a Master degree in Management Engineering (Commercial Engineer) from Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and holds various Certificates from e.g. the International Capital Market Association in Switzerland, Vlerick in Belgium and  I.E.S.E. in Spain.
