Helen has over 20 years’ experience in financial services across public and private sectors. Helen previously led digital transformation at the Bank of England. Helen was previously the Europe Chair of SupTech/RegTech for Bank for International Settlements. Helen was also a Formal Evaluator for Banco De Espana data strategy. Helen is the Head of Market Oversight Data and Intelligence. Helen runs a large data driven department for primary and secondary markets. Helen has a Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and is underway with a PhD in skills and technology
