Shan joined the financial services community in 1998 in the Front Office development team for JP Morgan Asset Management. He then spent 12 years at M&G in increasingly senior architecture and strategy roles before joining Mizuho as Deputy Chief Data Officer and now as interim Chief Data Officer.
