Francesca Montironi

After a first experience within the American banking company based in Brussels as Broker-Dealer service, Francesca Montironi joins BNP Paribas Securities Services in 2008 where she holds different positions participating to the industrialization of the Custody & Clearing services and driving the deployment of strategic projects to ensure the seamless integration and technology solutions to support the activity. In 2019 Francesca joins the Group CIO Chief of Staff Office to contribute to the deployment of the IT strategic plan, support the implementation and monitoring of the IT governance, drive transversal assessments and missions. In 2023 Francesca is appointed ‘Third-Party & KYC Data Manager’ within BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) Data Office. In this role, she is steering data strategy, operationalizing the data quality framework, driving the transformation of data practices to serve business objectives.
