Day 1 | 17 November 2026

3:10 PM Panel: Data Mesh and Data Fabric in Practice: How can you scale distributed data architectures to improve access and reduce complexity?

Data mesh and data fabric have become widely discussed architectural approaches, but many organisations are still struggling to translate these concepts into practical, scalable solutions. Questions around ownership, platform capabilities and operating models remain key barriers to success.

This panel will explore how organisations are making these architectures work in reality.

  • How can you define domain ownership and accountability in a way that scales?
  • What platform capabilities are required to support distributed data access?
  • How do you balance architectural ambition with the practical constraints of legacy systems, organisational structure and cost?

Check out the incredible speaker line-up to see who will be joining Daniel.
