Ben joined Rimes as a Data Developer, bringing strong technical and coding expertise, and has since progressed to become Head of Data Development, AI Solutions. As his role has evolved, his focus has shifted from hands-on development towards architecture and solution design, shaping how technical solutions are conceived, structured and delivered across the business. AI now plays an increasingly important role in the development process, enabling Ben to focus on higher-level technical strategy and design.

As a member of Rimes’ Agentic Taskforce, Ben is helping to advance the adoption of agentic technology across the organisation and explore its potential within Rimes. A Systems Engineering graduate from the University of Warwick, he brings a systems-thinking approach to complex challenges, considering how individual components interact to create effective, end-to-end solutions. Outside of work, Ben continues to explore AI-led development through his own application, built with Claude and now exceeding 500,000 lines of code.
