100 Women in Finance operates through three core pillars: Education, Peer Engagement, and Impact. Through education and professional programming - both in-person and virtual - it helps women broaden their perspectives, gain valuable insights, and develop skills at every stage of their careers. Its peer engagement initiatives empower women by providing connections, resources, networking opportunities, career advancement support, and greater industry visibility.
The organisation's impact work focuses on expanding the pipeline of women entering finance, banking, technology, and business-related higher education, with the goal of increasing female representation in leadership positions across these sectors. This mission is driven by a dedicated Board, staff, Global Council, and more than 600 active volunteers worldwide, and is made possible through the continued commitment and support of its donors and supporters.
