Jon has more than 25 years’ wholesale financial markets experience gained in London, New York, Singapore and Frankfurt. He founded Lysis Financial in 2001 after 11 years with specialist banking IT firm TCA Consulting, where he held a number of senior positions including head of the Investment Banking, eBusiness and Trading Floor Practices. Jon specialises in Compliance and Operations Change Management and Global Operating Model Strategy and Implementation. His clients have included JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, ICAP, BNP Paribas, Standard Chartered, Barclays, Lloyds TSB, RBS, Halifax Bank of Scotland and AstraZeneca. He is a guest lecturer on Compliance and Operational Change at CASS Business School. Jon has a degree in Business and Computing from the University of Hertfordshire.
